We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a valid reason for the return. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chris@arclightdev.com.

How to Keep Your Custom Patch Hat Looking Fresh

A well-worn hat tells a story, but regular wear also means exposure to perspiration, skin oils, and the elements. Follow these care tips to extend the life of your favorite custom patch hat.

Quick Refresh

If it’s hot or you tend to perspire more, rinse your hat with warm water and let it air dry.

Spot Cleaning

For small stains, use a mild detergent and a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the area. Air dry afterward.

Deep Cleaning

For a thorough clean:

1. Fill a bucket with warm, soapy water (just a few drops of mild detergent).
2. Submerge the hat and let it soak for a few minutes.
3. Swirl the hat gently in the water.
4. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Odor Control

Freshen up your hat with a hat deodorizer spray. Choose a scent you like and follow the product’s instructions for best results.
