Cleaning

Extend the life of your custom patch hat! Eventually, any hat that's worn on a regular basis gets dirty from perspiration, oils in your skin, and the elements. 

• If it's really hot, or if you tend to perspire more, rinse your hat with warm water and air dry. 
• Use a mild detergent and toothbrush to spot clean any stains and allow hat to air dry.  
• For the most thorough cleaning submerge your hat into a bucket filled with warm, soapy water (only need a couple drops of soap). Use a very mild detergent or soap for this. Allow the hat to soak for a few minutes and then swirl it around. Pull hat out, rinse and air dry. 
• There are also a number of hat deodorizer sprays out in the market. Those can extend the life of your hat by removing any foul odors. Find a scent that works best for you and follow their directions.
